Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies

I adore Chocolate Chip Cookies,in any size, shape,or form! That includes gooey,crispy or everything in between..These are a thin and crispy cookie..I am partial to anything with a crunch so these are just divine in my book.I prefer them with chopped, toasted pecans and a mixture of semi-sweet chocolate and milk chocolate...Try them..They are reeal good!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 1/2 sticks salted butter,softened
  • 1 cup brown packed sugar
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 2 cups chopped toasted pecans

Instructions
 

  • Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.Mix flour,soda and salt.In another bowl,using electric mixer,cream together butter and sugars until fluffy.Add egg,water and vanilla and beat until combined,Slowly add flour mixture to ceamed mixture.Mix until combined.Stir in chocolate and nuts.
  • Using a ice cream scoop[2 1/4 oz] fill scoop onto greased pan or parchment.. put 9 cookies at a time..Spray a piece of waxed paper or parchment paper with non stick spray and lightly press down.This will make them thinner.Bake for 12 to 15 minutes....
  • You can use any time of nut you like..walnuts and macademias are wonderful also..
