Sweet Corn Pudding

My girlfriends and I first tried this delicacy at Calloway Gardens restaurant at The Calloway Gardens Inn.It was absolutely out of this world!When I returned home I called the chef and asked politely if I could have the recipe....He recalculated the ingredients for 8 to 10 servings...It is ALWAYS on my family table durning the holidays...

Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups frozen thawed corn
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 12 Tbl sugar
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 stick Butter room temperature
  • 4 Tbl all purpose flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Spray or butter a large casserole dish.Place ingredients in a food processor until almost smooth.[Process half at a time ]2 batches..Place into prepared dish and bake until golden brown and center is just set 45 minutes to 1 hour
