Bean and Corn Salsa
This salsa recipe is so wonderful it is gobbled up as soon as it hits the table!I serve it with large corn chips or a sturdy cracker.

Ingredients

cans
Black beans ,drained
2
cans
white corn ,drained
1
red bell pepper,chopped
2
containers feta cheese,crumbled 4 oz each
1
cup
apple cider vinegar
1
cup
olive oil
1
bunch
green onions, chopped
1/2
small purple onion,chopped
1
package splenda
A few dashes of Tabasco or to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl,combine beans,corn,bell pepper,,feta cheese,and tabasco .In another bowl,combine vinegar,olive oil,green onions,purple onions,splenda,salt and pepper.Add to bean mixture and stir.it is best if left in refrigerator overnight.
