Sweet Corn Pudding
My girlfriends and I first tried this delicacy at Calloway Gardens restaurant at The Calloway Gardens Inn.It was absolutely out of this world!When I returned home I called the chef and asked politely if I could have the recipe….He recalculated the ingredients for 8 to 10 servings…It is ALWAYS on my family table durning the holidays…
Ingredients
- 8 cups frozen thawed corn
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 12 Tbl sugar
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 stick Butter room temperature
- 4 Tbl all purpose flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Spray or butter a large casserole dish.Place ingredients in a food processor until almost smooth.[Process half at a time ]2 batches..Place into prepared dish and bake until golden brown and center is just set 45 minutes to 1 hour
