Spinach Artichoke dip

 

Spinach Artichoke DIP

This delicious appetizer disappears at all my gatherings. Also it reheats very well in the event it isn't all gobbled up the first time!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup Gruyere cheese,divided
  • 1 10 oz frozen spinach
  • 14 oz marinated artichoke hearts chopped fine
  • 1 8oz package cream cheese,softened
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 to 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Defrost spinach and squeese dry.In a bowl add chopped artichokes,parmesan cheese,1cup gruyere cheese,spinach,cream cheese,sour cream,mayonnaise,and minced garlic.Place into a casserole dish or a pie plate.Top with remaining Gruyere cheese.Bake 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is browned.Serve with toasted baguettes or crackers..
