Spinach Artichoke DIP
This delicious appetizer disappears at all my gatherings. Also it reheats very well in the event it isn't all gobbled up the first time!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cup Gruyere cheese,divided
- 1 10 oz frozen spinach
- 14 oz marinated artichoke hearts chopped fine
- 1 8oz package cream cheese,softened
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 to 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Defrost spinach and squeese dry.In a bowl add chopped artichokes,parmesan cheese,1cup gruyere cheese,spinach,cream cheese,sour cream,mayonnaise,and minced garlic.Place into a casserole dish or a pie plate.Top with remaining Gruyere cheese.Bake 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is browned.Serve with toasted baguettes or crackers..
