Pimento Cheese

SOUTHERNERS LOVE THEIR PIMENTO CHEESE! IT IS MARVELOUS WITH BUTTER CRACKERS OR ON A TOASTED CHEESE SANDWICH. IT IS EVEN FABULOUS ON A GRILLED HAMBURGER! THIS RECIPE IS A FAVORITE OF MY AUNT JEAN. SHE CAN EAT IT EVERY DAY AND TWICE A DAY! ALSO, USING A BLOCK OF SHARP CHEESE WILL MAKE IT EVEN BETTER!

What you will need!

1 POUND EXTRA SHARP WHITE OR ORANGE CHEDDAR CHEESE
1/2 POUND OF SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE
1 CUP OF MAYONNAISE

3/4 CUP FINE CHOPPED CHARRED PIMENTOS
AND1 1/2 TEASPOONS SUGAR.

How to Cook!

MIX IT ALL TOGETHER AND KEEP IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER IN THE FRIDGE.
