I would say I’m a beginner cook (and that is being generous.) This recipe was so easy to follow and everything was so easy to do. The only oops I had making this recipe was knocking over the jar of pickles, spilling pickle juice all over my pants and the floor. After tasting it upon completion, I can say I will never eat any other chicken salad again! It is absolutely incredible and can be served various ways! Thank you Gail for increasing my very limited recipe repertoire! I love this dish!
